A Blast from the Past

“My child, don’t lose sight of common sense and discernment. Hang on to them, for they will refresh your soul. They are like jewels on a necklace. They keep you safe on your way, and your feet will not stumble. You can go to bed without fear; you will lie down and sleep soundly”. Proverbs 4:21-24.

There is your wisdom for the day 🙂

So here is my drawing from today:

I was brought up on Vegemite….but I think I’ve converted. I’m actually saying this. I think I like Marmite more. I’m sorry family…but not really sorry.

Where is my picture from yesterday? Um….well……I’ll catch up. I promise.

Sooo, I brought up a few of my drawings from when I was 10ish to around 14 and just had to share them!

Starting from when I was around 10.

As you can see, my drawing style must’ve originated from this! I love this drawing. But I do remember it appeared outside after a night of rain hence the ripped edge on the left.

This is a picture I drew of dad when I was 11. I remember enjoying this one. And I must’ve really liked drawing dad because I found two more.

And my fav:

I went through a phase of drawing with crayons.

When I was 12, my mama (dad’s mum) died. I drew this picture for her before she died I believe.

I can’t remember how old I was when I drew this one, but I think I was around 13. It cracks me up.

Theeen, I went though a phase of drawing enormous class rooms of children, or massive families when I was 14/15. These are just two of many drawings.

Anyway. I hope you enjoyed these!
